1. Puppy Availability
Puppy availability may change as reservations are received. Please contact us to confirm that your preferred puppy is available before making a reservation.
Your reservation is confirmed once availability, payment terms, and the applicable arrangements have been agreed upon and confirmation has been provided in writing.
2. Reservation Payment
A reservation payment is required to reserve an available Labrador puppy, subject to the terms confirmed with the customer.
Your reservation payment is credited toward the original agreed purchase price of your puppy. It is not an additional charge on top of the original puppy price. The remaining balance will be the original agreed purchase price minus the reservation payment already made.
Please retain your payment receipt and reservation confirmation for your records.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please review the refund conditions before making a reservation. The applicable terms will be provided in writing before payment.
If LabradorPuppies.ca cannot provide the puppy you reserved, we will explain the available options in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, contact us in writing as soon as possible. Refund eligibility and processing arrangements will follow the written reservation agreement and applicable laws.
4. Reservation Confirmation
After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive relevant details, which may include:
- Your reserved puppy’s name or identification.
- Confirmation of your reservation payment.
- The original agreed purchase price and remaining balance.
- Applicable cancellation and refund terms.
- Pickup or delivery arrangements.
Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us if any details need clarification.
5. Remaining Balance
Your remaining balance is calculated by subtracting the reservation payment from the original agreed purchase price.
Any outstanding balance and its payment deadline will be communicated to you in writing before the purchase is completed. Any additional agreed costs, such as delivery or transportation fees, will be explained separately before you commit to them.
6. Puppy Pickup or Delivery
Customers can discuss pickup or delivery when arranging their puppy reservation. The available options depend on the puppy’s location, destination, timing, and transportation arrangements.
Pickup: If you prefer to collect your puppy, contact us to confirm the pickup location, date, time, and any preparation required.
Delivery: If you prefer delivery, contact us to discuss the destination, available transportation options, estimated arrangements, and any applicable delivery costs before confirming your booking.
Pickup or delivery is not considered finalized until the arrangements have been confirmed in writing. Please do not assume that delivery is available to every location without first checking with us.
7. Puppy Health and Documentation
Before completing your purchase, you may ask about the puppy’s available veterinary records, vaccination and deworming history, health documentation, and any applicable written health guarantee.
The documentation provided will depend on the individual puppy and the terms agreed upon.
8. Changes to a Reservation
If you need to change your reserved puppy, pickup date, delivery destination, or another agreed detail, contact us as soon as possible.
Changes depend on availability and mutual agreement. Any additional costs or revised arrangements will be communicated before the change is confirmed.
