Every puppy receives appropriate care before joining their new family, with health information and documentation provided to help support a smooth transition into their new home.

Our Commitment to Puppy Health

We are committed to raising and placing Labrador puppies with careful attention to their health, development, and well-being. Puppies receive appropriate care during their early development and are prepared for their transition to their new homes.
We also provide health information and documentation so your veterinarian can continue your puppy’s care after arrival.

Our Health Guarantee

Our Labrador puppy health guarantee includes the following:
Genetic Health Guarantee
We guarantee that your Labrador puppy is free from significant hereditary or genetic conditions covered by our health guarantee.
Our breeding dogs are tested for common Labrador genetic conditions, including:
– Hip and elbow dysplasia
– PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy)
– EIC (Exercise-Induced Collapse)
– CNM (Centronuclear Myopathy)
If your puppy is diagnosed with a serious genetic condition covered under the guarantee within the specified guarantee period, we will provide the applicable remedy outlined in our guarantee terms, including a replacement puppy or full refund, where applicable.

Initial Veterinary Health Assessment

Before going home, each Labrador puppy receives a health assessment by a licensed veterinarian.
Health documentation is provided so you have important information about your puppy’s condition and can continue their care with your own veterinarian.

Vaccinations & Deworming

Puppies leave our care with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments.
The puppy’s medical records are provided so your veterinarian can determine the appropriate schedule for future vaccinations, deworming, and routine care.

Money-Back Guarantee

We want families to feel confident when welcoming a Labrador puppy into their home. In addition to our health guarantee, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee according to our stated terms.
What’s Covered?

If your puppy is diagnosed with a serious medical condition covered by the guarantee within the agreed timeframe, the applicable refund will be provided according to the guarantee terms.
